Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Ashford Depot Main Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): Ensure monthly, interim and final valuations, applications for payment, reconciliations of valuations and costs, amounts to contract, subcontractors, specialists and suppliers are completed as required by the various contracts and deadlines. Effectively manage the commercial team. Assist with quotations as and when required, cost forecasting and cash flow. Financial control of variations in the Contract. Maintain good relations with customers and their representatives at all times. Represent the Company’s interests at meetings held in connection with work on the relevant contract.
